As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Whether it’s answering questions, solving minor issues, or guiding customers with a smile, your role will be to make every interaction smooth and pleasant.
Position: Customer Service Executive (Male)
Location: Deira Enrichment Project, Deira, Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers Encouraged to Apply)
Education: High-School / Secondary
Salary Range: AED 2,000 – 3,999 per month
Welcome and assist walk-in customers politely
Respond to phone calls, messages, and emails professionally
Handle simple customer complaints and escalate major ones to supervisors
Guide customers about products, services, or company policies
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth service
Follow up with clients when needed to ensure satisfaction
High school graduate or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email, typing, handling records)
Calm, confident, and customer-focused personality
Can handle pressure and multitask when needed
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
Must be male as per job requirement
