As an Executive Assistant:
Manage schedules, calendar appointments, and travel plans for executives.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth operations.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all company matters.
As a Social Media Project Manager:
Oversee social media strategy, scheduling, and content delivery across platforms.
Work with designers and content creators to bring marketing ideas to life.
Track engagement and campaign results; suggest improvements.
Stay ahead of digital trends, especially within the financial/business niche.
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in executive assistance, social media, or project coordination roles.
Highly organized individuals with excellent communication skills.
Must be confident using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
High School qualification accepted; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Media is a bonus.

Work closely with executives on real business decisions.
