Lapidicia is recruiting a practical, results-driven Project Manager to oversee fit out, landscaping and swimming pool projects across Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of fit out, landscaping and pool projects from mobilization to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, landscape designers and pool specialists to confirm scope and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules; monitor milestones and adjust as required.
• Manage budgets and procurement; review purchase orders and ensure timely material deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards are enforced on site.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, delegate tasks and track productivity.
• Manage testing, commissioning and handover for pool systems (filtration, pumps, automation).
