This is a dual-role position where your friendly attitude and communication skills will shine, whether you’re greeting customers, answering calls, or helping drive in-store sales.
Welcome pet parents and their furry friends with a smile
Answer phone calls and handle booking inquiries
Promote grooming packages and retail pet products
Assist in daily administrative duties like scheduling and payments
Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
Provide top-tier customer service that keeps clients coming back
Experience: 1–2 years in a receptionist, customer service, or sales role
Gender: Open to all
Education: High School / Secondary certificate
Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
Great spoken English and communication skills
Love for pets is a big plus!
Type: Full-Time
Location: JVC District 17 – a peaceful, family-friendly community in Dubai
Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,999 per month
