Full-Time
Negotiable – Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance. The company may also offer performance bonuses, medical insurance, or travel allowances depending on the role’s structure.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (mandatory)
Relevant certifications (CIPS, CPSM, PMP) will be considered an advantage
2 to 5 Years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles
UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus

As a Procurement Executive, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the company’s purchasing operations, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement, and supporting budget goals. Your key duties will include:
Identifying and sourcing suppliers locally and internationally
Requesting and reviewing quotations, pricing, and lead times
Negotiating contracts, payment terms, and service level agreements
Coordinating with internal departments to understand material requirements
Managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Evaluating supplier performance, reliability, and compliance
Maintaining accurate procurement records and inventory reports
Reducing costs without compromising quality
Ensuring timely procurement of goods, materials, and services
Staying updated on market trends and pricing fluctuations
This role requires critical thinking, budgeting awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software
Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
A proactive, results-driven attitude
Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a bonus)
Standard UAE business hours apply:
Sunday to Thursday
9 AM to 6 PM (exact hours may vary based on company policy)
