As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all front-of-house operations, supervising staff, ensuring high standards of service, and handling customer feedback professionally. You’re the one who makes sure the dining experience flows smoothly — from seating guests and managing wait staff to solving unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
This role demands strong leadership, sharp organizational skills, and a deep passion for hospitality.
Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations
Supervise, train, and schedule service staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns quickly
Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth food service
Handle floor inventory, supplies, and ordering when necessary
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table assignments efficiently
Maintain daily reports and communicate with senior management
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with restaurant experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to manage both people and pressure with grace.
You must have:
2–5 years of experience in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
A friendly, customer-first attitude
A professional appearance and attitude
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
Minimum: High School / Secondary Education
Additional diplomas or certifications in hospitality are a plus
